Refund Policy for ABResh Events

Thank you for choosing ABResh Events. We strive to provide exceptional experiences through our diverse events, including art and music festivals, trade shows, live concerts, corporate events, and weddings. This refund policy is designed to clearly outline the terms and conditions regarding ticket purchases, deposits, and service fees. By purchasing tickets or services with ABResh Events, you agree to the terms outlined below.

1. No Refunds Policy

All ticket sales, deposits, and service fees are non-refundable and non-transferable under any circumstances, except as specified in the exceptions below. This applies to all events hosted or managed by ABResh Events, including but not limited to:

  • Art and music festivals

  • Trade shows

  • Live music concerts

  • Corporate events

  • Weddings and private gatherings

We encourage our customers to carefully review the event details, dates, and terms before finalizing their purchase.

2. Exception Policy

While our general policy is that all sales are final, we understand certain situations may require special consideration. Refunds or transfers may be approved only in the following situations:

  • Event Cancellation by ABResh Events: If ABResh Events cancels the event due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g., natural disasters, venue unavailability, or governmental restrictions), a full refund will be provided.

  • Rescheduled Events: If an event is rescheduled, your ticket will automatically be transferred to the new date. If you are unable to attend the rescheduled date, you may request a refund within 7 business days of the rescheduled announcement.

  • Change of Event Location: If there is a significant change in the location of the event that affects accessibility, you may request a refund within 7 business days of the change notification.

  • Medical Emergencies: If you or an immediate family member experiences a documented medical emergency that prevents you from attending, you may request a refund or ticket transfer within 5 business days of the event date. Medical documentation will be required.

Note: Refunds are processed only to the original payment method and may take up to 30 days to reflect in your account.

3. Transfer Policy

Tickets or services purchased through ABResh Events are non-transferable, except for the following cases:

  • Emergency Situations: In certain documented emergency situations, transfers may be approved. Written requests for transfers must be submitted no later than 72 hours before the event.

  • Corporate/Group Transfers: For corporate events, group tickets may be transferable within the organization. These requests should be made at least 7 business days prior to the event and are subject to approval by ABResh Events.

Approved transfers will incur a processing fee, and additional terms may apply.

4. Refund Request Process

To request a refund, please follow these steps:

  • Submit a written request with all necessary documentation to refund@abresh.com within the specified timeframe.

  • Include your name, contact information, event details, and reason for the refund request.

  • Upon review, ABResh Events will notify you of the decision within 14 business days. Approved refunds will be processed within 30 days of the decision.

5. Refund Disclaimers

  • Event Modifications: Changes to event line-ups, schedules, or artists/performers do not qualify for refunds.

  • Weather Conditions: Unless the event is canceled due to extreme weather or force majeure, no refunds will be issued for weather-related issues.

  • Third-Party Ticket Sales: If you purchased your ticket through a third-party seller, please refer to their refund policy. ABResh Events is not responsible for third-party sales.
